811 Quick Actions

You can now submit No Response, Update, or Update & Remark tickets from Clad.
Our goal with Clad Locates is to speed up every aspect of handling 811 tickets so excavators never miss a down day, save admin time, and most importantly - dig safely.
To help with this, we've added a few 'quick actions' to handle more steps of the locate request process:
- No Response - You can submit No Response tickets from Clad for tickets where a utility hasn't responded by the work date. This is supported for states that allow online no-response tickets.
- Update - You can renew a ticket directly from the dashboard, to extend the duration of tickets that are expiring.
- Update & Remark - Depending on the state, you can also request an "Update & Remark" ticket, which will both update the ticket's expiration date and request remarks for the same area.
