QuickBooks Integration

Clad Billing now integrates directly with QuickBooks Online.

When you build an invoice from production in Clad, we create it in QuickBooks for you - with the line items, quantities, and backup PDF attached.

For most contractors, billing means pulling quantities from daily production reports into a spreadsheet, then re-typing every line item into QuickBooks. It's slow, and every re-typed number is a chance for a mistake that will delay payment. With our new QuickBooks integration, the production your crews submit in Clad becomes the invoice in QuickBooks.

How it works

Connect QuickBooks - Connect your QuickBooks Online account, and we'll sync your customers, projects, and line items.
Link your projects - Link each Clad project to a QuickBooks customer and project, or create a new QuickBooks project directly from Clad.
Create invoices - Select the progress updates you want to bill for, review the draft, and send. Clad creates the invoice in QuickBooks and attaches the PDF.
Track payment - When the invoice is marked as paid in QuickBooks, the payment status will also show up in Clad.
