Create Locates from a KMZ

You can now upload a KMZ file to create 811 tickets for a route.

Long routes, like fiber or pipeline runs, often cross several counties, and each county needs its own ticket. Drawing each ticket by hand takes time, and it's easy to miss a county the route clips. Now you can upload the route's KMZ, and Clad creates a draft ticket for every county the route crosses.

Each draft includes its section of the line, the county, a narrative with the start and end of the line, and driving directions from the nearest intersection. We can customize the format of the narratives to match your company’s specific requirements.
