You can now upload a list of addresses to create 811 tickets in bulk.
We know that oftentimes the requirements for a new locate request will come in bulk. For things like drop-buries or individual home utility installations, contractors will often get a list of service addresses.
Creating all of these tickets one-by-one can take hours. With Clad Locates, you can simply upload the spreadsheet of addresses and we will create the draft tickets with narratives and the right shape drawn on the map.
Additional Improvements
- New locate status icon - We’ve updated our locate request status icon to more clearly show two things: (1) what share of utilities have responded, and (2) the ‘status’ of the ticket. We did this to more clearly show the tickets that need people’s attention.
