Create subcontractor bills from the work your vendors have logged in Clad.
You can now create bills for your subcontractors from the production they've recorded in Clad.
We built this because we know how easy it can be to over-pay subcontractors for work they didn’t do. Now, every unit of production that is recorded in Clad can be tied to a bill from a subcontractor.
This cuts the risk of over-paying subcontractors, and improves visibility so you know exactly what work is done that hasn’t yet been paid.
To link subcontractor bills to approved production, simply create a New Bill for a project and select the quantities to include for the specific bill. We’ll pull in prices from your subcontractor’s rate cards and generate a PDF of the bill.
